VitalsGraph is a wellness and health-tracking tool, not a medical device. The information provided by the App — including AI-generated interpretations of blood test results — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Permitted Use & Restrictions

The App is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content. You must be 17 or older to use VitalsGraph.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any health data stored in the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitalsGraph and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated health insights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided in-app.
