How VitalsGraph handles your health data

Last updated: June 2026

What We Collect

VitalsGraph collects only the data you voluntarily provide: blood test results you upload, your age and biological sex (used for reference range calculations), and standard app diagnostics such as crash reports and feature usage. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifier unless you contact support.

Health data you enter is processed on-device and, if you enable iCloud sync, stored in your private iCloud container. VitalsGraph does not transmit your raw blood test data to our servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the VitalsGraph service: displaying your biomarker trends, generating AI-assisted interpretations, and personalizing reference ranges to your profile. We do not sell, rent, or share your health data with third parties for advertising or research.

Aggregate, non-identifiable analytics (e.g., which features are used most) may be used to improve the app. These analytics cannot be linked back to any individual user.

Data Storage & Security

All health data stored on-device is protected by iOS device encryption. iCloud-synced data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We do not maintain a backend database of your personal health records.

We retain support communications for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of any support records at any time by emailing support@vitalsgraph.com.

Your Rights & Contact

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time through the app's Settings screen or by emailing support@vitalsgraph.com. For users in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This policy may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of VitalsGraph after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
