How to permanently remove your data from VitalsGraph

Delete From the App

The fastest way to delete your data is through the app itself. Open VitalsGraph → Settings → Privacy → Delete All Data. This immediately erases all blood test records, biomarker history, AI conversation logs, and preferences stored on your device and in iCloud.

This action is permanent and irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, cancelling it separately through the App Store is also recommended.

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request full data deletion by emailing support@vitalsgraph.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. Please include your device's approximate region and the email address associated with your Apple ID (if any) to help us identify your records.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is processed.

What Gets Deleted

Deletion removes: all blood test results and biomarker readings, AI interpretation history, custom reference range settings, app preferences, and any support correspondence you request to be removed.

Deletion does not affect: your App Store purchase history or subscription status (managed by Apple), anonymous aggregate analytics that have already been processed, or legally required records we may be obligated to retain.
