Common Questions
How do I add a blood test? — Tap the '+' button on the dashboard and either photograph your lab report or enter values manually. VitalsGraph recognizes most standard lab report formats.
Is my data backed up? — If you have iCloud enabled in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud, your VitalsGraph data syncs automatically to your private iCloud container and restores when you reinstall the app.
Can I export my data? — Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download a CSV of all your biomarker readings.
AI Interpretation Questions
The AI interpretations in VitalsGraph are generated by large language models trained on medical literature. They are educational summaries — not diagnoses. If a result appears flagged or concerning, always follow up with your doctor.
AI interpretations are regenerated each time you view them. Minor wording variations between sessions are normal and do not indicate a change in your results.
Account & Subscription
VitalsGraph subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VitalsGraph. Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to their refund policy.
